    Our Story

    From Trauma to Transformation

    Founded by Jessica Milligan, this global movement was born from a powerful, yet simple belief:

    “Human Connection Heals”.  Heart 2 Heart Hugs came to Jessica in a moment of deep reflection. After a life-changing accident left her paralyzed and, in the hospital, she experienced

    the challenges faced by healthcare workers, people who care for others but often lack the emotional support they need themselves. One unforgettable memory was how families, during

    the COVID pandemic, would hug through plastic tents just to feel connected and heal. This

    sparked the idea for Heart 2 Heart Hugs, a reminder that even in challenging times, love and connection can provide healing.
